Director's Comments
Welcome to lt Runs in the Family a typical "Whitehall" style farce. We hope you have as much fun watching this play as we have had rehearsing it. Rehearsals have been hilarious but manic!
I would like to take this opportunity of welcoming several newcomers to the Garrick stage.
First of all we have Craig Simpson who has worked backstage for the Garrick but this is his very first appearance on stage. David Lloyd is a very talented and experienced player from Blackburn and we are fortunate that he was able to step in and help us out.
Another player from the Blackburn & Clitheroe area is Lesley Haworth who has appeared in musicals in Burnley, but this is her first play with the Garrick and hopefully not the last.
Last but by no means least, we have James Masterman who has appeared in several plays with Stage Two of Downham and has come over the hill to be with us.
The rest of the cast are familiar to you and I would like to thank them all for the help they have given me.
Please give them all a warm Garrick welcome.
